Where We Ship

Brightnevst currently ships within Metropolitan France only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of Metropolitan France and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@brightnevst.my before purchasing so we can advise you on available options.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. Once processing begins, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to prepare and hand your parcel over to the carrier.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery within Metropolitan France typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Carriers

We work with three carriers to deliver your orders: Colissimo, Chronopost, and Colis Privé. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery address and the size of your parcel. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Metropolitan France. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay for your order, with no additional charges added at delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you receive a damaged package, please contact us at info@brightnevst.my or call +33 1 73 22 83 71 during our service hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CET). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please keep your order confirmation email and tracking number handy when you reach out.
