About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Brightnevst website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.

Products and Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our stock information accurate, but if an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes; while we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.

Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in Euros and include applicable French VAT. Shipping is free within Metropolitan France. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount you will pay — there are no additional fees added after you complete your purchase.

Order Acceptance
Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price displayed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to give a reason. This statutory right is separate from and in addition to any commercial return policy we may offer. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us within the 14-day window and follow the return instructions we provide. The return shipping costs for exercising this right are covered by us, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Legal Guarantees
All products sold by Brightnevst are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) under French law, which applies for two years from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be non-conforming, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, a refund. This is separate from and in addition to our voluntary 14-day return policy.

Limitation of Liability
Brightnevst's liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or data, arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable French consumer protection law.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@brightnevst.my so we can try to resolve the issue directly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. These terms are governed by French law.
